MAIN HOUSE IMPROVEMENTS
AND POOL PAVILION
The original colonial style house, built as a spec house in the 1990s, needed a facelift. Architectural details added to the exterior of the house included new trim molding, operable shutters, and a new classical front entry portico. A functional mudroom was added to the rear of the house facing the pool and the pool pavilion.
Colonial revival details were tied between the “new and improved” main house and the pool pavilion. This pavilion contains showers in a changing room, a sleeping loft, and a living area with a small kitchen. There is a full basement for pool furniture storage.
